Coordinate inspections during mold manufacturing and assembly.
Mold Trial Review
Review mold trial reports and sample inspection results.
Document Review
Check inspection reports, certificates and quality records.
Corrective Action
Follow up on corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
Shipment Approval
Confirm the mold, packaging and documents before shipment.
Quality Issue Management
When a quality issue is identified, the relevant teams review the cause, implement corrective measures and verify the result before production continues.
