Projects Procedure
A clear project procedure guides every stage from RFQ, quotation and design confirmation through mould manufacturing, trial, sample approval, packing and final delivery on schedule.
Projects Procedure

| 01 | Customer RFQ | Request for quotation with product drawings, samples or just a concept. |
| 02 | Quotation | Quotation is issued within 1–2 days. |
| 03 | Order Confirmation | The project starts upon receipt of the deposit. |
| 04 | Assembly Drawing | 2–5 days for 2D drawing design. |
| 05 | Detailed Design | Detailed 3D drawings are prepared for mold components. |
| 06 | Drawings Final Confirmation | The drawings are finally confirmed by the customer. |
| 07 | Schedule | The project schedule is followed up throughout production. |
| 08 | Mould Manufacture | Mould manufacturing proceeds according to schedule. Weekly reports help the customer monitor production progress. |
| 09 | Mould Trial Running and Sample Submission | Mould trial running is completed on schedule, and samples are submitted together with the inspection report. |
| 10 | Sample Confirmation | After inspecting the final samples according to the specifications, the customer provides confirmation. |
| 11 | Packing | The tooling is completed and packed. |
| 12 | Delivery | Material certification, a CD containing 2D and 3D assembly drawings, and the mould trial-running video are shipped together with the mould. |
