Our design team consists of experienced professionals with more than 10 years of working experience in overseas mold standards. They are skilled in operating advanced hardware equipment and mold design software, and their practical experience enables us to deliver reliable mold designs and production solutions for our customers. We can design molds according to international standards such as DME, HASCO, RABOURDIN and DAIDO, as well as customer-specific standards, ensuring that every mold operates smoothly under the required specifications. We can also work with customer-supplied files in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP and X-T formats.

With professional CAD/CAM/CAE software, we create a seamless connection between mold design, product design and CNC processing, helping ensure mold precision and improve production efficiency. During every project, we hold mold review meetings involving the project manager, designers, mold makers and technical directors.
