BOSUN MOULD was set up in 2000 and is located in Huizhou and Dongguan, close to Hong Kong. With 8,000 square meters of production facilities, we are a professional manufacturer of high-quality plastic molds, die casting molds and stamping molds. We also provide in-house plastic injection, secondary processing and assembly together with one-stop service. Over 90% of our molds are exported to Europe, America, Japan and the Middle East. BOSUN MOULD is equipped with advanced imported facilities, such as high-speed CNC, SODICK slow wire cut machines and mirror EDM, which enable us to manufacture molds with high precision and efficiency.

We have also established a strict employee training system to ensure that technicians operate equipment correctly, improve work efficiency and complete every mold on time with reliable quality. By combining mold manufacturing, injection molding, secondary processing and assembly, we support international projects across automotive, electronic, medical, household and industrial product applications worldwide.
